All The Food Wisdom Hub products are digital downloads (including but not limited to eBooks, guides, courses, and meal plans).  As such, once access to a digital product has been granted or the file downloaded, the sale is considered final and non-refundable except as required under applicable UK consumer law.

This policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our digital intellectual property.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally make the same purchase twice.
  • Technical issues: If a download link fails or you cannot access the product after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Consumer rights: If required under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or similar international laws.

If you encounter download or access problems, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.  Our team will assist you in re-downloading, troubleshooting, or replacing corrupted files where possible.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for purchase.  Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
We do not accept chargebacks through payment providers as a substitute for following this process.

If you purchased The Food Wisdom Hub product through a third-party marketplace or affiliate link (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad, or Shopify), their refund policies will apply.
